The Friendswood Library is pleased to offer home access to several online databases to its patrons.  The sites below provide a variety of information, including magazine indexes, health and medical information, research assistance, etc.


Provided by the FPL, these require a library barcode to access. Once accessed, the page provides entry to several different resources. EBSCOhostWeb is used most often and contains magazine and journal access, health information, readers' advisory, Career Library and more.
The state library provides access to a variety of databases including periodicals, teacher information, local Texas newspapers, and academic databases.  Contact the reference department for login information.
